Presenters of accepted abstracts are entitled to a reduced fee of €400. The difference to the normal on-site participation fee will be returned shortly after acceptance of your abstract.
The registration fees are per person and include:
• 4 overnight stays (10/05/2023 – 14/05/2023)
• Full board (three lunches per day – breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Transportation (by bus) on 10th May from Thessaloniki airport to Mediterranean Palace Hotel
• Transportation (by bus) on 14th May from Mediterranean Palace Hotel to Thessaloniki airport
• Certificate of attendance
• Use of Congress facilities
Cancellation Policy:
• Written cancellation received before February 10th, 2023: no cancellation fees apply.
• Written cancellation received from February 11th to March 24th, 2023: 50% cancellation fees apply
• Written cancellation received after March 25th, 2023: 100% cancellation fees apply.
“In case the Greek government prohibits any on-site participation at conferences of short notice, due to an unexpected exacerbation of the Covid-19 pandemic in May 2023, the 6th Euro Spring School will be postponed to a later date that will be fixed by the Center for Thrombosis and Hemostasis of the University Medical Center Mainz, Germany. Advance payments by the participants will not be returned, but a voucher valid for 18 months will be issued by the Mastermind Group. The voucher can be used either for the participation at the 6th Euro Spring School to a later date or travel arrangements (accommodation or air tickets)."
